What Does the Sarcophagus Hide? was an exhibition on the history of Egyptology, which opened at the National Museum of Lithuania in 2021.
Rather than focusing on ancient Egyptian tropes, the identity is informed by equipment used by contemporary archeologists – the high-vis orange and pattern are inspired by the string grids researchers use to divide up dig sites.
